Returns procedure

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased from DroomHout, you can exchange or return it free of charge within 30 days of purchase or (last partial) receipt, provided the product is in its original and undamaged condition.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are for your own account. For exact rates, consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@droomhout.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this reduction in value of the product on to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged upon return.

Exceptions

1. In addition to Article 10 paragraph 5 of these general terms and conditions and fully in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the law, the supply of goods manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person, cannot be dissolved or revoked by the consumer. This concerns all products and services offered and supplied by the entrepreneur under the heading "customization".

2. For custom work, the entrepreneur retains the intellectual property rights regarding the designs, images, drawings, technical specifications and the like provided by them. If an agreement is not concluded or is prematurely terminated, the consumer is deemed to return all design drawings and specifications made by the entrepreneur, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
