All DroomHout products in the webshop include VAT and free delivery throughout the Netherlands (ex Wadden Islands). Shipping costs are therefore always included in the price unless stated otherwise for the specific product. We deliver worldwide with transparent rates for the Benelux, Europe and the rest of the world. You can also choose to collect your purchase from us in Utrecht. We give a 10% collection discount for this, how nice is that? In that case, you often receive your order earlier.
When picking up, please bring some blankets and/or a strap for transport. We are happy to help with loading, but the furniture is basically unpacked. For very heavy furniture such as large tables or counter tops, we ask you to arrange some extra 'hands' yourself. Furniture that we trade is usually delivered disassembled, furniture that we make ourselves is usually delivered assembled. If you have any questions about this or would like something different, we would like to hear from you.
You don't have to pay anything
You do not have to make a down payment for all standard products in the webshop! So just order and pay at the door. Easy and safe. Please note: for custom orders or deliveries from third parties, we always require a down payment.

Your personal data and other confidential information are in good hands at DroomHout and can only be viewed and/or changed by you. Your iDEAL payment is made via a secure web environment of the ABN AMRO bank.

Customization = exception
Would you like us to customize something? In this case, we ask you to make a 50% deposit, and you will then pay the remaining 50% upon delivery or collection. The transport costs are often stated separately so that you know exactly where you stand.
