Free delivery

All DroomHout products in the webshop include VAT and free delivery throughout the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands). Shipping costs are always included in the price unless otherwise stated for the specific product. We also deliver worldwide with transparent rates for the Benelux, Europe, and the rest of the world. You can also choose to pick up your purchase from us in Utrecht. For this, we offer a 10% pick-up discount, how nice is that? In that case, you often receive your order sooner.

When picking up, please bring some blankets and/or a strap for transport. We are happy to help with loading, but the furniture is generally unpackaged. For very heavy furniture such as large tables or countertops, we ask you to arrange some extra 'hands' yourself. Furniture that we trade is usually delivered disassembled, furniture we make ourselves is usually delivered assembled. If you have any questions about this or would like something different, please let us know.

No upfront payment required

For all standard products in the webshop, you don't need to make any upfront payment! Simply order and pay at the door. Easy and secure. Please note: for custom orders or third-party deliveries, we always ask for an upfront payment.

Fast and secure

Your personal data and other confidential information are in safe hands at DroomHout and can only be viewed and/or changed by yourself. Your iDEAL payment is processed via a secure web environment provided by ABN AMRO bank.

So, you can easily and completely safely shop for that new interior at DroomHout. Just pay when your order has arrived. No complicated hassle with an upfront payment, bank transfer, and different amounts. Clear and transparent. Still confused? Feel free to ask us.

Custom work = exception

Are you having something custom-made by us? In this case, we ask for a 50% upfront payment, and you pay the remaining 50% upon delivery or pick-up. Transport costs are often listed separately so you know exactly what to expect.

Transport rates for custom work and other items

If not included in the price (i.e., for custom work and other goods not available through the webshop and/or otherwise excluded from free delivery), these are our transport rates:

  • 1-person standard - Brenger without assembly to the first door - € 125.00 incl. VAT
  • 2-person premium - DroomHout with assembly to the desired location - from € 195.00 incl. VAT

The standard 1-person transport is included in the price for almost all standard webshop items. There is also the option to upgrade to a premium 2-person delivery upon request and for an additional charge.
