Absolutely. Customization is our thing. Tell us what you want, and we'll make it for you.

We use different types of wood, such as oak, walnut, and ash. Each type of wood has its own character and appearance.

Visit our showroom, give us a call, or send us an email. For custom work, we recommend making an appointment so we can take the time to discuss your needs thoroughly.

That depends on what you order. Usually, the delivery time for custom-made products is between 4 and 12 weeks. For standard products ordered through the website, it is often 1-4 weeks. You can find the current delivery time per brand on the product page under the heading "Delivery".

This is usually possible up to approximately 3 weeks before the start of production, depending on how far along we are with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to communicate any changes.

We accept iDEAL, bank transfer, most credit cards and cash in the showroom. Also Paypal and Apple Pay. Please also check the payment icons at the bottom of this page.

No, not at the moment. We require full payment with the order or according to the agreed payment terms. For custom work, it is usually 50% upon order and 50% upon delivery, but for very specific custom work, it is often 100% upfront.

Yes, as much as 10% if you come and pick up your purchase from us in Utrecht. This discount applies to all standard products on the DroomHout website. Different conditions may apply to custom work.

We enjoy working with designers, stylists and architects. Send us an email at info@droomhout.nl and we will tell you all about the attractive conditions and benefits of collaboration.

Delivery is free for all products ordered through the DroomHout webshop. If you pick up your order from us in Utrecht, you will receive a 10% pickup discount. Please note: this applies exclusively to standard products and not to custom-made items.

We aim to deliver all products on DroomHout to you within 1-4 weeks. Custom-made products may sometimes take a little longer, and we will inform you accordingly.

We prefer to supply our products unpackaged unless they are already packaged by the manufacturer. So, if you are picking them up yourself, it's handy to bring a moving blanket or a regular blanket :-) Products that we ship will, of course, be packaged.

Yes, we can also install your furniture. For a small additional charge, our experts will ensure everything is perfectly set up. Please contact us for your specific situation.

Keep your furniture beautiful with regular maintenance. Use mild soap and water, not harsh chemicals. For lacquered furniture, maintenance will be minimal to none. For oiled furniture, it's on an as-needed basis. We're happy to help you with any damage. Also, check out this maintenance page.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
