Wondering how your order will look at home? We completely understand that and give you no less than 30 days to try out your new purchase in peace and quiet. This is calculated from receipt. We just assume that it will make you very happy :-). But if for some reason this is not the case, you can return your order within 30 days. We will give you a 100% refund . We deliver you a beautiful dream product. And of course it should preferably remain that way. We provide a standard 2-year warranty on all our products. And if there is anything else after that, we are happy to help you. Read everything about warranty in our general terms and conditions !

All online DroomHout products that we make ourselves are generally ready for collection or shipping (immediately afterwards) within approximately 1-4 weeks.

Products from other brands or manufacturers may have a shorter or longer delivery time:

- Bubalou: approx. 2-10 business days

- Frezoli: approx. 5-6 weeks

- Keijser & Co: approx. 10-12 weeks

- Mobitec: approx. 6-7 weeks

- Tower Living: approx. 1-4 weeks

- Vetsak: approx. 1-2 weeks

- Zuiver/Dutchbone: approx. 2-3 business days

These delivery times are indicative and apply if the product is actually in stock with the supplier and/or can be produced. If a delivery time deviates after your order, we will inform you immediately.
